WP-618S & HF-618S （Dry and wet forming surface grinder）

 The main castings are made of high-grade wear-resistant cast iron, and after annealing treatment and natural aging treatment, eliminate internal stress, to ensure the high precision of grinding, high rigidity, and prolong the life of the machine.

The grinder adopts v-flat and front and rear double V slideway paste imported wear-resistant resin Turcite-B and the precision shovel flower, not only smooth sliding and wear-resistant, the most suitable for high precision molding grinding.

Straight knot spindle with integrated design of cylinder and super precision bevel roller bearing of P4 level are used for high speed rotation, low noise, large torque and high stability, suitable for cutting and all kinds of forming precision grinding.
