The main castings are made of high-grade wear-resistant cast iron materials, and are annealed and naturally aged to eliminate internal stress to ensure high precision and high rigidity of grinding and extend the life of the machine.

The left-right and front-rear double V slideways are introduced with imported wear-resistant resin TURCITE-B with maintained precision. The left and right strokes independently work with hydraulic system to achieve smooth and stable movement of the work table.

Saddle ball screw drive makes better stability during movement, and reduces the wear of the screw and improves the service life.

With circulating automatic lubricating system, when the main shaft starts, the lubricating oil will automatically circulate to provide forced lubrication to each screw and slideway, which reduces the wear and tear of the slideway.
