● This machine tool adopts a gantry frame structure composed of a fixed beam and columns, with a fixed bed and a moving worktable design.
● The columns are designed with a dense rib structure based on finite element analysis, resulting in thick column walls.
● The entire machine's cast iron is made of high-grade HT300 material and undergoes secondary annealing stress relief treatment to ensure the accuracy and stability of the machine tool.
● The three axes can be equipped with linear encoders for accuracy compensation, significantly improving machining accuracy.
Structural Features
● The bed and worktable use high-grade cast iron with a crisscross rib design, providing excellent overall rigidity and high strength.
● The X and Y axes use linear roller guides for fast movement and high accuracy.
● The Z-axis uses rectangular guide rails, offering strong vibration resistance and good accuracy.
● The Z-axis uses nitrogen balance for smooth upward and downward movement.
● A gearbox can be optionally equipped to achieve high-torque cutting.
● Various CNC systems are available.
