GL Series - Bridge Type

● This machine tool adopts a bridge-type structure with a fixed worktable.
● X-axis: The beam moves longitudinally along the guide rails on the machine bed.
● Y-axis: The saddle moves transversely along the guide rails on the beam.
● Z-axis: The ram moves vertically along the guide rails on the saddle.
● Equipped with a five-axis CNC milling head, enabling five-axis simultaneous machining.
Structural Features
● The entire machine is made of high-strength HT300 cast iron material and undergoes secondary annealing stress relief treatment, ensuring stable machine accuracy.
● The beam guide rails are arranged in a stepped configuration, resulting in a large span, high rigidity, and excellent vibration resistance.
● All three axes use linear roller guides, providing high speed and high precision.
● All axes are equipped with standard linear encoders for high contour machining accuracy.
● Various CNC systems are available as options.

Suitable for aerospace, shipbuilding, energy, rail transit, heavy machinery, and other fields.
